As part of the ongoing efforts to strengthen our ties with local communities and the areas in which it operate, Opocrin S.p.A. is organising the third and fourth editions of the ‘Carlo Saetti – Opocrin S.p.A.’ Degree Awards, with the aim of keeping his memory alive and recognising outstanding academic achievement amongst students at UNIMORE – University of Modena and Reggio Emilia.
Each of the two calls for applications offers four degree awards for current undergraduates and postgraduates, in the academic years 2024/2025 and 2025/2026 respectively, in the following degree programmes:
- Single-cycle Master’s Degree in Pharmacy
- Single-cycle Master’s Degree in Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Technologies
- Bachelor’s Degree in Biotechnology
- Master’s Degree in Medical Biotechnology
Third edition
The third edition of the Degree Award is open to students currently enrolled in the 2024/2025 academic year who meet the eligibility criteria and submit the required documentation, as set out in the call for applications published on the University’s website.
The deadline for submitting applications is 15 May 2026, in accordance with the procedures set out in the documentation published by the University.

Fourth edition
The fourth edition of the Degree Award is open to final-year undergraduates in the 2025/2026 academic year. In this case, the deadline for applications is 14 May 2027.
